Albedo

Albedo is the fraction of incident radiation reflected by a planet. Bond albedo measures total energy reflectivity; geometric albedo is used for point-source comparisons. High-albedo exoplanets reflect more starlight and tend to be cooler; a low albedo absorbs more and heats more.
