SETI

The Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) uses radio and optical telescopes to search for signals of non-natural origin that might indicate intelligent life beyond Earth. No confirmed signals have been found despite decades of searching, most famously by the Allen Telescope Array and the Breakthrough Listen initiative.
